Why can't Michigan chiropractors work on your arms and legs?

Is it a diffrence in pratice or a statewide shortening? Why can't Michigan chiropractors work on your arms and legs?
The regulation in Michigan allows for spine adjust only, no extremity work. This is a state cavernous regulation. Different states allow chiropractors to do different things. Examples, MN allows chiropractors to provide electrical modalities, Washington does not. All states are different, OR allows chiros. to do minor surgery. The only path to know what each state does it to read the law of that state.
Theyre already taking enough away from physical therapist.
They are spine adjusters. Your arms and legs are part of your spine.
