I want to know if there is a FORMAL schedule or source where I could find out who is the best plastic,neuro, cardiothoracic, etc. surgeon contained by the country.Who is the best ____surgeon surrounded by the United States?
um, there isn't one. this would be a unresolved point within the medical community, and typically "experts" are upright at a certain division of there pasture. If you are looking for an expert you usually ask a lot of doctors and look at papers they've published, oh and in that credentials (where they got in that degrees). Most people don't "need" an expert unless they own a very serious disease.
