The stethoscope be invented by the French inventor and physician René Théophile Hyacinthe La"ennec
The first stethoscope ,which is completely different from the present one, was invented by a French physician call LAENNEC.
It was a simple cone near the wider part on the module for auscultation and the top of the cone had a flatened segment around the opening to apply the ear.
