Why can i still not concentrate when taking adderall ?

i have be taking adderall for about 3 months presently. my dosage was changed from 20mg XR to 25mg XR finishing month but i still can not concentrate. Why is this ?Why can i still not concentrate when taking adderall ?
Is it interfering with your sleep? Take it precipitate enough so that you can find a full night's sleep. Stay in touch next to your Dr. because there are several alternatives, and he/she should be looking for the best one for you. Good luck.
I would suggest not depend on drug to concentrate unless you some psychiatric problem because adderall increase the drive to work but this will cause ricochet effect on you after stoping drug. unless you have consulted qualified doctor don't use such prescription consult psychiatrist of your choice
In health citizens concentration can be modified by drug.
